1.Cream application
Place cream on face in the order of right cheek, then chin, left cheek, the forehead and bridge of the nose.

2.Chin
Use your four fingers to work in from the tip of your chin to below your ears. (alternate left and right)

3.Cheeks
Work in the cream on your cheeks from the center outward using a circular motion, gradually increasing circles in size. (left and right together)

4.Around the mouth
Place your thumbs underneath your chin, then work in around your mouth with an up-and-down motion, using your middle and other three fingers. (left and right together)

5. Bridge and wings of nose
(Keep thumbs in place) Use your middle and other three fingers to work into the bridge of the nose. (alternate left and right). Work in with an up-and-down motion following the contours of the nose wings. (left and right together)

6.Under eyes
(Keep thumbs in place) Work in gently from the inner to the outer corners of your eye, using your middle and other three fingers. (left and right together)

7.Above eyes
(Keep thumbs in place) Work in gently from the inner to the outer corners of your eyes, usingyour middle and other three fingers. (left and right together)

8. Forehead
Work in with your four fingers starting from the center of the forehead and working toward the temples, making spiral motions. (left and right together)
