How to use

1. Apply the cream

Place the cream as follows:
1. Right cheek , 2. Chin, 3. Left cheek, 4. Forehead/nose.

2. Chin

Using four fingers, spread the cream from the tip of your chin to under your ears. (Alternate from side to side.)

3. Cheeks

Spread the cream on your cheeks from inside out in a circular motion, beginning with small movements and gradually moving out until you cover your entire cheeks. (Both sides simultaneously.)

4. Around the mouth

Keep your thumb under your chin, and use the rest of your four fingers – especially your middle finger – to spread the cream up and down the area around your mouth. (Both sides simultaneously.)

5. Bridge of nose/nostrils

(With your thumb rested somewhere) Use the rest of your four fingers – especially your middle finger – to spread the cream along the bridge of your nose. (Alternate from side to side.) Blend the cream up and down along the curve of your nostrils. (Both sides simultaneously.)

6. Under the eyes

(With your thumb rested somewhere) Use the rest of your four fingers – especially your middle finger – to spread the cream lightly from the inner to outer corners of your eyes. (Both sides simultaneously.)

7. Above the eyes

(With your thumb rested somewhere) Use the rest of your four fingers – especially your middle finger – to spread the cream lightly from the inner to outer corners of your eyes. (Both sides simultaneously.)

8. Forehead

Spread the cream by moving your four fingers in a circular motion from the center of your forehead out towards your temples. (Both sides simultaneously.)
