  • You can use this product even with wet hands. 
  • Place a few pumps worth onto the palm of your hand and use your fingertips to rub it into your foundation or other makeup or into impurities on your skin. 
  • Then, rinse off with cold water or warm water.

* If your hands or face are extremely wet, rinse them lightly before use.
